Where can i find my Google Cloud Platform Billing export bucket name ?

Go to the Billing Section inside the Google Cloud console. Use the top-left 'burger menu' to make the left menu bar appear.

In the Billing console, go to the Billing export section.
You will find the prefix for the report for this Billing account (along side the bucket name and report format).
