Where can i find my Google Cloud Platform Billing export bucket name ?

Go to the Billing Section inside the Google Cloud console. Use the top-left 'burger menu' to make the left menu bar appear.

In the Billing console, go to the Billing export section.
You will find the name for the bucket used for Billing export for this Billing account (along side the report prefix and report format).
